5 Steps to Fulfilling Your Dreams

First Step

IMAGINATION- Imagine your wildest dreams, independent of what’s around you right now, your present reality, you can place in you whatever you would like to attract in your life.  Albert Einstein once said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.” Knowledge is limited by our senses and sciences.  So, the key here is not to put into your imagination any thought you don’t want to become a reality in your life.

Second Step

AFFIRM YOUR IMAGINATION- CALL IT INTO BEING --Speak it into existence with positivity and impeccability- stay true to your desire and your dreams- Whenever you are saying I AM something, make sure that what comes after I am is positive and aligned with your highest self.

Learn to say NO to the tasks and people who are not aligned with your dreams, goals, priorities. You cannot simply stay positive and be a people pleaser.  You must be yourself.  Stay true to yourself.

Third Step

FEEL IT ! Make sure you FEEL your new reality...“By literally feeling the reality of the state you seek, which is firmly in your imagination, you have the means of creating miracles,” Dyer writes.

You see our feelings can cut straight to our unconscious mind and create the reality we desire.  Feelings create our thoughts, words, and actions...Feelings create our reality…

Fourth Step

ATTENTION & INTENTION- Let’s focus on what we want because what we focus on grows.  Let’s not focus on our present circumstances.  Neville Goddard stated, “Disregard appearances, conditions, in fact disregard all evidence of your senses that deny the fulfillment of your desire. Rest in the assumption that you already are what you want to be. For in that determined assumption, you and your infinite being are merged in creative unity. And with your infinite being (God) all things are possible.”Focus and complete your priorities first.  When you complete the priority and the difficult task first, you will feel accomplished and motivated to complete your other tasks.  Give 100% to the task at hand, so you don’t have to re-do it.

Fifth Step

BE sure to rest- Yes, you need to sleep to rejuvenate and keep your imagination alive and vibrant.

WAKE UP in your sleep!  Before going to bed, discipline yourself to imagine, affirm, feel, and setting intentions for the life that you want.

Let’s understand that finding Balance, Harmony, and joy is a dance, so let’s be compassionate to ourselves as we work towards our dreams and schedule our lives:

We can't do it all by ourselves.  We are interdependent.  We are not designed to be self-sufficient; we are designed to need each other and depend on the Divine.  Let's leave room for grace and the Divine and for other people to help us.

We operate in the "I can do it all by myself" we destroy ourselves.  Let's break down the wall that we have build around ourselves.  This causes suicide ideation, depression, anxiety, despair and frustration.

Sometimes we work hard on scheduling and planning and we fail... that's ok... Tap into the power greater than you...Tap into the Divine that lives in you.

Every human being needs help.  Yes, we need to work hard but it is not sufficient.  We need love. We need grace.  We need each other. We need to trust.

Trust that all will work out.  Take out a dollar bill. On it states, “In God We trust.”  Why did our forefathers make a point to place that statement on our dollars?  Yes, be sure to plan. Yes, work hard and trust that will work out for your good!

You cannot look around you and think that all you can do is based your present reality.  You can create new with old.  You must look beyond yourself and your present situation... beyond your senses, what you can see, hear and smell, feel and touch... you have to look beyond what you know to what you don't…

"Autobiography in Five Chapters" by Portia Nelson

I
I walk down the street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk
I fall in.
I am lost...
I am hopeless.
It isn't my fault.
It takes forever to find a way out.

II

I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don't see it.
I fall in again.
I can't believe I'm in the same place.
But it isn't my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out.

III

I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it is there.
I still fall in...it's a habit
My eyes are open; I know where I am;
It is my fault.
I get out immediately.

IV

I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.

V

I walk down another street.
